Each session begins with a gentle grounding exercise to help you settle in, followed by a light warm-up. You'll be guided through a sequence of movements that link breath with movement, promoting fluidity and mindfulness. The session will end with a peaceful relaxation.
The practice is designed to stretch the body, improve flexibility, and build strength gradually.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.
A yoga mat is required. While we recommend bringing your own, a limited number of mats are available to borrow.
